Anna-Liisa Kubo, PhD

Anna-Liisa earned her MSc in Biomedicine from the University of Tartu at the Faculty of Medicine and her PhD in Gene Technology from Tallinn University of Technology. She has worked as a researcher at the National Institute of Chemical Physics and Biophysics where she conducted her PhD studies. She has experience in R&D and industry having work experience in several Estonian biotechnology companies (e.g. Celecure and HansaBioMed). As a researcher Anna-Liisa has a background in nanotoxicology, molecular biology and materials sciences.
