Meelis Kadaja, PhD, MBA

During his academic career, Meelis studied molecular virology at the University of Tartu and conducted research on skin stem cells and wound healing at Rockefeller University in New York. Before co-founding Nanordica, he worked nine years leading business development at Icosagen Cell Factory, where he played a key role in establishing the company as Estonia's leading biotechnology firm, culminating in its recognition as 'Company of the Year' in 2023.
